Get Up & GLO (Guiding Lives Optimally) is a grassroots initiative dedicated to empowering underserved communities in Africa and beyond. Our mission is to provide essential resources and support to improve their quality of life. We focus on intergenerational community services, sustainability through job opportunities and business training, regional awareness and prevention services, volunteer opportunities, and spiritual mentorship. Our initiatives aim to cultivate a strong sense of community and inspire individuals to take charge of their futures as active, contributing members of society.

Get Up and Glo is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in African communities by providing accessible, high-quality business skills training. We believe that with the right knowledge and support, every individual has the potential to create sustainable income and transform their community. .Our ultimate aim is to create a ripple effect, empowered individuals leading empowered families, and ultimately, empowered communities. By equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and belief in themselves, we begin to reverse generational poverty and build sustainable, self-reliant futures.

In addition to providing training, resources, and community involvement, we go the extra mile by securing suitable housing for those in need. Our comprehensive approach also includes offering food, prayer, and specialized youth training programs to cultivate productive citizens.
Women & Youth Empowerment
Explore our holistic Women and Youth Empowerment Program, where we are deeply committed to catalyzing positive change in the lives of women and youth confronted with significant challenges. These challenges encompass issues such as gender-based violence, and thoughts of despair. Our comprehensive support system includes individual and family counseling to heal and reframe mindsets, empowering skills development, talent nurturing, mentorship, and pathways to gainful employment.
